If you want a pretty lady you can hop on and go do ranch work, well here she is!
Annie is a grade mare. I was told she had papers but I never received them so.. she is estimated 12-14yo. Stands about 15hh and thick. My fiancé in the videos is 6ft and she packs him with 0 issues. She is very well broke, reins over the neck, soft in the face, level headed, picks up leads, stops, turns around, rides very under herself. She has a long trot that will cover some ground out in the field. Solid barefoot. Sound to my best knowledge, no known health issues or injuries, has never taken a lame step with us, no colic, easy keeper. She is safe. No buck bolt rear. However she is not for beginners. Only reason I’m saying that is she is very responsive with some decent buttons that will be too much for a new rider, you need to know your way around the saddle. She’s looky but not bad, on the ground she’s kinda dull. All her work is in the saddle and it shows, tacks up quiet, drops her head for the bit, bathes, loads, hauls, stands tied, when you first go to tie her she will take a few steps back sometimes, once tied she stands, no pull back or anything. She will watch a cow, she’d be great to gather on, we have not swung a rope off her, simply used her to gather and push our cows around. Located in Hickman ca. 925-783-8655 she will go quick. I have no doubt you’ll love her if you come ride her. Bring your trailer, don’t miss out on a nice one! They are hard to come by right now.
Goldie $3500 firm
Goldie is the definition of a using horse. She has been used on the feed lot, on the ranch, my fiancé really enjoys riding her when he has stuff to get done. She will open and close gates, side passes, spins, trots a decent barrel pattern for never seeing it, can swing the rope off of her, you name it. Estimated 10 yo grade mare. Standing about 14.3- 15hh if i had to guess without taping. She is not for a beginner, she wants a job, no buck bolt rear. All around a very nice girl. She will go all day long, wherever you point her, whatever you throw at her. One hand broke, very soft in the face, solid, sound, barefoot, no need for shoes, saddles quiet, bathes, good with feet, no kick, bite. Loads and hauls quiet, you can stop for lunch and this horse will not sit there and destroy your trailer. Not barn or buddy sour. Very pretty mover with smooth gaits. The absolute only thing I can pick apart from her is she’s a bit head shy. When you put the headstall over her right ear she will fuss for a minute. After that she’s fine, it’s only the inside of her ear that seems to make her shy away, gets better every day. I highly doubt I will own this mare for long. She is a steal for the price. I could drive the tires off my truck trying to find one like her for 3500 right now and I seriously mean that. Video covers just about everything you would ask. Hickman ca. 925-783-8655 please do not waste my time if you are not SERIOUSLY interested, talk to your significant other or trainer before contacting 😁
What separates me from the others you might ask? one we take a lot of time to video these horses so you pretty much already know them before coming! We put them in situations most wouldn’t think to even test out! And we let them sit.. some of those rode everyday horses won’t be the same when you let them sit at home!
My name is Breeanna. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up living at the ranch. I have owned a horse since I was 5 years old. Originally I learned how to ride English, switching to western when I was about 12. My trainer was not the easiest on me, taking away reins, stirrups, etc. Today I cannot thank her enough for being so hard on me. It made me out to be the best rider that I can be.
Our stock is hand selected, along with handled and out through daily scenarios to make sure they are ready to find their perfect home. We put a lot of time, money, effort, and feed into these amazing animals. This is not a back yard type operation. We strive to have the highest quality horses for you. Not only do we want them to look and feel good but we want their mind to also be in the right place. Almost all of my clients do show up with cash and trailer as they know how quick my stock goes. Sometimes within hours of posting. Ppes are always welcome if they are here long enough once listed. With that being said I highly recommend coming prepared ready to buy if you don’t want to miss out. We have a very strong eye, and will not list a horse unless we think it is to its highest quality.
